  • Quarterly maintenance reports emailed to your practice manager, summarizing results from each computer in the office
Imaging hardware: Imaging-hardware troubleshooting (Dexis, Carestream, Sirona, Planmeca) is handled remotely: first 30 minutes free, then a flat $25 fee if it takes longer. Not bundled into the monthly plan.
