monitors your Server for anomalies that may occur with certain services that are required for your management software and 3rd party integrations to function
properly. This also includes security software that protects your office from viruses, malware, adware, ransomware, etc. Remote Software gives our technicians
the ability to remote into your computers and fix issues as they occur without the need for an office visit. However, if an office visit is needed we are
centrally located in the DFW Metroplex. These managed services are INCLUDED in your Monthly Maintenance package with DDSComputers!
